## Stat block

Baba Lysaga's masterpiece: a scarecrow twice the height of a man, stitched from the wedding dresses of every drowned bride of Berez, with a mouth full of their rings. Her claws frighten, her glare freezes, the field stitches her back together, and only fire stops it.

### Traits

- **Legendary Resistance (2/Day).** When the Rag Queen fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead, twice a day.
- **Restitching.** The Rag Queen regains 15 Hit Points at the start of each of her turns: the field's straw and the brides' thread stitch her back together. If she took Fire damage since the start of her last turn, this trait doesn't work on that turn.

### Actions

- **Multiattack.** The Rag Queen makes two Fearsome Claw attacks.
- **Fearsome Claw.** Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) Slashing damage, and the target has the Frightened condition until the end of the Rag Queen's next turn.
- **Terrifying Glare.** One creature the Rag Queen can see within 30 feet makes a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. Failure: the target has the Frightened and Paralyzed conditions until the end of the Rag Queen's next turn.
