## Overview

A hollow in the pines above the Village of Barovia where charcoal was burned once, with a ruined hut nobody wanted, until Agafia and her children came (The Oat Thief, docs/story/side_quests.md).

A clearing in the pines, black underfoot with old charcoal, a stream at the edge, and a little hut of logs and turf with its door patched shut from the inside.
