A girl of about nine made of pale light, in a wet festival dress, holding a paper lantern: Liliana, who went down in Lake Zarovich at the Baron's first festival with her lantern held up so the other boats would see her. None turned back. Her hands are as cold as the bottom of the lake, and her light pulls.
Legendary Resistance (1/Day). When the Lantern Girl fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead, once a day.
Incorporeal Movement. The Lantern Girl can move through other creatures and objects as if they were Difficult Terrain. She takes 5 (1d10) Force damage if she ends her turn inside an object.
Held Up. Thirty years ago she drowned holding her lantern up so the other boats would see her and turn back. None did. Bring the lantern up from where she went down, and she goes out of her own accord.
Actions
Multiattack. The Lantern Girl makes two Cold Hand attacks, or uses Lure and makes one Cold Hand attack.
