• The Old Svalich Road: The party's arrival in Barovia: out of the mists onto the Old Svalich Road, through the Svalich Woods where a wolf pack bars the narrows, past the headless guardians of the Gates of Barovia, to the first cottages of the Village of Barovia, where two children are waiting in the road.
