Stat block

Shoots from cover, then shifts to hybrid form to scratch and bite with its pack; the bite curses.

• Skills: Perception +4, Stealth +4
• Senses: darkvision 60 ft; passive Perception 14
• Languages: Common (can't speak in wolf form)

Traits

• Pack Tactics. The werewolf has Advantage on an attack roll against a creature when at least one of the werewolf's allies is within 5 feet of that creature and that ally doesn't have the Incapacitated condition.

Actions

• Multiattack. The werewolf makes two attacks, using Scratch or Longbow in any combination, and it can make a Bite attack in place of one of them.
• Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Usable only in wolf or hybrid form. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) Piercing damage. A Humanoid target then makes a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. Failure: the target is cursed with lycanthropy; if it drops to 0 Hit Points while cursed, it instead turns into a Werewolf under the DM's control with 10 Hit Points. Success: the target is immune to this werewolf's curse for 24 hours.
• Scratch. Rakes a target with claws or nails.
• Longbow (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Usable only in humanoid or hybrid form.

Bonus actions

• Shape-Shift. The werewolf changes into a Large wolf-humanoid hybrid or a Medium wolf, or back into its true humanoid form. Its statistics stay the same in every form except its size, and its Speed is 40 feet while in wolf form. Equipment it wears or carries doesn't change with it.
